We envision a world where Visual Thinking becomes first nature to everyone. We believe Visual Thinking helps people close gaps, avoid obstacles, build bridges and create change.

As a certified Back of the Napkin visual thinking master trainer, I train leaders and teams how to use simple pictures to achieve clarity in work and life, articulate and communicate complex strategies, accelerate innovation, illuminate hidden opportunities and enable authentic conversations.

As a Graphic Facilitator, I combine words, pictures, chart and maps to help my clients manage projects, visualize their ideas, solve complex problems, optimize processes and systems and develop effective strategies.

As a seasoned Project Manager I'm in a unique position to help my clients. I've faced the struggles of getting everyone on the same page and moving forward. I have figured out a formula to help just about any organization visualize where they are now, where they want to be and the actions needed to get there.

I am a visual artist, graphic facilitator and visual consultant. My experience spans
a broad range of industries including biotech, management consulting, training, and adult education.

I believe that, “if you can SEE IT, you can MAKE IT HAPPEN.” I also believe that if you can help others see "IT" you can go a long way toward making positive change happen. I work with individuals, leaders, trainers, and teams to make “IT” visible using words and pictures, visual organization and metaphor.

My professional training includes fine art, graphic design, education, creative problem solving and graphic facilitation/recording. I hold a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from the University of Connecticut, a Ed.M. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Graduate Certificate in Arts and Health from Lesley University.
